Here at BossBody Fitness we offer a wide variety of sessions to suit any ability. If you find yourself not able to make it to the studio, fear not! All classes are streamed live on Zoom. Here below is a rundown of the types of sessions that we have on offer:
BossFit
​Designed for all fitness levels, BossFit blends cardio & weights in a high-energy session that keeps you on your toes. It’s the perfect recipe for boosting strength, stamina & burning calories!
BossCircuits
​Circuit training is a form of exercise that involves a series of strength and cardiovascular exercises performed in rapid succession, usually with minimal rest between each exercise. This high-intensity workout combines both aerobic and anaerobic activities, enhancing muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Benefits of circuit training include improved overall fitness, efficient calorie burning, increased metabolism, and enhanced muscle tone. Additionally, its varied and dynamic nature helps to prevent workout boredom and can be tailored to fit different fitness levels and goals.
BossBalance
​Dive into BossBalance, where Yoga meets Tai Chi & Pilates, all set to relaxing music. Enhancing strength, flexibility & finding your centre of balance in both body and mind.
Pilates
A mind, body, practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention.
BossFit Kettles
In a BossFit kettles class, participants engage in a dynamic workout that combines strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises using kettlebells. The class focuses on movements such as swings, squats, and presses to improve overall fitness and core stability.
