Hi, I’m T! Balancing a busy career with my passion for women’s health has taught me the value of simple, sustainable wellness.

 

I help women create fitness routines that feel enjoyable and fit into real life—no extremes, no guilt. My approach focuses on nourishing your body, strengthening your mindset, and moving with intention.

 

As your wellness coach, I’m here to support and guide you through different stages of life. Together, we’ll make health and happiness a natural part of your routine.
