Here at BossBody Fitness we offer a wide variety of classes to suit any ability level. If you find yourself not able to make it to the studio, fear not! Most classes are streamed on Zoom or Facebook. Here below is a rundown of the types of classes that we have on the timetable:
BossFit
​Designed for all fitness levels, BossFit blends cardio & weights in a high-energy session that keeps you on your toes. It’s the perfect recipe for boosting strength, stamina & burning calories!
Yoga
Yoga is a holistic practice originating from ancient India that encompasses physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and ethical principles. Individuals can improve flexibility, strength, and balance while calming the mind and reducing stress. Beyond the physical benefits, yoga cultivates mindfulness, self-awareness, and a sense of connection to oneself and the world around them, making it a versatile and transformative practice for individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
BossBalance
​Dive into BossBalance, where Yoga meets Tai Chi & Pilates, all set to relaxing music. Enhancing strength, flexibility & finding your centre of balance in both body and mind.
Pilates
A mind, body, practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention.
Zumba
Dance away the fat & have fun, with awesome Latin music and old favourites. Cardio conditioning and strength training is important, but it’s vital that we also include movement that restores us. Why? This type of training is essential for staying injury-free and living a healthy and movement filled life.
