🔥 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝟴-𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 - 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗦 𝟯𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗕𝗘𝗥!! 🔥 Over the 8-week challenge you will cover the following: Prep, measurements & fit test on weeks 1,4 & 8. These will be a great way to track your progress! Each week you will complete a minimum of 3 workouts: - 1 Upper Body Workout - 1 Lower Body Workout - 1 Total Body Workout These can be completed in the studio, on Zoom or on catch up VOD. Each week you will have a different challenge to complete e.g. fitness, mindset, nutrition etc… Most importantly, you’ll 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗙𝗨𝗡!! 😊 Weekly handouts will be available at the studio to collect each week, and they also will appear in the app for you to print off at home.
