These will be a great way to track your progress! Each week you will complete a minimum of 3 workouts: - 1 Upper Body Workout - 1 Lower Body Workout - 1 Total Body Workout These can be completed in the studio, on Zoom or on catch up VOD. Each week you will have a different challenge to complete e.g. fitness, mindset, nutrition etcโ€ฆ Most importantly, youโ€™ll ๐—›๐—”๐—ฉ๐—˜ ๐—™๐—จ๐—ก!! ๐Ÿ˜Š Weekly handouts will be available at the studio to collect each week, and they also will appear in the app for you to print off at home.
